 rofessionals. Tick-borne infections such as Lyme disease\, Bartonella\, an
 d Babesia\, and other infections such as Strep often disrupt brain functio
 n and negatively impact emotion\, behavior and cognitive functioning.   Sp
 eakers will discuss mechanisms of brain involvement\, infection-induced au
 toimmune encephalopathy\, the role of psychoimmunology\, symptom presentat
 ion\, and diagnostic and treatment considerations.\n\nThere is no charge f
 or this full day event thanks to the generous support of the Leir Charitab
 le Foundations and the Leir Retreat Center. Due to limited seating\, regis
 tration is required and will be taken on first come\, first served basis.
