Wellness Support Group with Health Coach Christel Autuori

Taking care of yourself—self care—is important for everyone, but especially for those who are experiencing long term illness or caring for ill loved ones. As the Buddha said, “If compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.” We cannot give a cup of water to another if our own well is dry.
Christel Autuori, RDH, RYT,MA, is a Duke University trained Integrative Health Coach, Registered Yoga teacher, and Reiki Master, and Stress Management Instructor, who will share practical ways for you to refill your well, and treat yourself like your own best friend. Christel will discuss the multidimensional and holistic view of health and healing, and the mind/body connection. The Metta Meditation of Loving Kindness, breath work, guided meditation and imagery and gentle yoga poses will be included in this program designed to nourish and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
