On Saturday, July 18, Ridgefield rewinds with town-wide time-warp. Main Street will be closed to car traffic from Governor Street to Prospect Street, with classic cars lining the streets, and merchants, vendors, crafters, and artisans offering their wares. There will be a Business Expo on Bailey Avenue. The Main Stage, at the corner of Bailey and Main, will be hopping all day long as bands will play the ’70s greatest hits, from You’re So Vain to I Will Survive to Stayin’ Alive. Can you dig it? Food and beverage will be offered—but with modern tastes in mind: that is, no Tab or Hamburger Helper allowed.
