Lyme Connection was honored to present our first "Courage in Advocacy" Award to Pat Smith, president of the Lyme Disease Association (LDA). LDA affiliates from around the country, ILADS physicians and researchers joined us in thanking Ms. Smith for her commitment to improving the lives of tick-borne disease patients.
