Ridgefield VNA, 2nd Fl, 90 East Ridge, Ridgefield

Guest Speaker: Jim Fitzpatrick L.Ac., Dipl. Hb.

Before embarking on a new adventure as a private practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jim had been the Clinic Director at the University of Bridgeport Acupuncture Institute. While at the Clinic, he coordinated the care of over 3000 acupuncture treatments annually. He is committed to safe and effective acupuncture care, clear explanations of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from a Western, biomedical perspective and patient comfort and satisfaction. Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tui Na or Chinese Massage therapy, Cupping and Gua Sha, or Chinese scraping techniques, Moxabustion and Qi Gong, or internal energy arts, are also included in his treatment approaches.

Locations include three sites in Connecticut: Community Health Associates in Newtown, Harvest Park Naturopathic Medicine in Wallingford and the Center for Integrative Health in Wilton, Ct. These sites are particularly strong because each is directed by excellent doctors who are committed to including “TCM” in their patients’ care.
